What our plants actually do
The process split across our plants. We publish which plant runs which process — that is a division of labour, and it is verifiable. We do not publish which plant runs a given order.
The chain, end to end
A woven bag is made in two halves. The front end draws polypropylene into tape and weaves it into fabric. The back end prints, laminates, coats and converts that fabric into a finished bag. Two of our plants are the two halves of that chain; a third runs both ends under one roof.
Of the 247 products we catalogue, 97 require the full chain, 7 are front-end only, 142 are back-end only, and 1 needs neither.

Honest limits. A process marked Not evidenced means exactly that — we have not put evidence behind it, so we do not claim it. Some of these we may well do; we have not proved it to ourselves yet, and we would rather say so than have you find out later.
This table lists the processes our plant records name, evidenced or not. The catalogue needs more processes than these — the ones no plant record mentions at all (ultrasonic welding and zipper insertion among them) appear only as blockers on honest limits, which counts them per product.
