Talk to us about a specification
Quote within 12 working hours, Mon–Sat, UTC+8. That is a target we can actually hit, not a claim of instant round-the-clock response — and you will get an acknowledgement with a reference number either way.

What to send
The four things that let us answer usefully on the first reply:
- What goes in the bag, and how much it weighs.
- How many, and whether that is a one-off or a repeating programme.
- Where it ships — the destination port or city.
- Print, if any: how many colours, and whether you have artwork.
If you do not know some of these, send what you have. Turning a partial requirement into a manufacturable specification is the work, and it is the part we are actually good at.
Before you pay anyone, read this. Our bank details never change by email. The account name always matches the contracting entity on your contract exactly. Details appear only on a signed proforma invoice. If you receive a message changing payment details — from any address, however plausible — stop and call a published number to confirm. Intercepted-email payment fraud is the single most expensive thing that happens to buyers in this trade.
