Bought by bag makers, and by manufacturers of bulk-bag and technical textile goods who want the fabric rather than the finished article. Traded by the tonne against the resin index, so the specification that matters is tape denier, weave density and fabric weight.

Yarn & fibre 7
- PP flat tape (raffia) yarn — standard bag grade Made in our plants
Drawn and annealed polypropylene flat tape wound on bobbins, the base yarn every woven-bag weaver buys when its own tape line is down or short.

- High-tenacity heavy-denier tape yarn (FIBC grade) Made in our plants
Thicker, UV-stabilised tape drawn to higher tenacity for bulk-bag and heavy-duty fabric weaving.

- Fibrillated (split-film) yarn Enquire
Tape passed over a pin/fibrillator roller so it splits into a fibre network, then twisted onto spools for rope, twine and turf.

Round or flat single-strand polypropylene filament extruded through a spinneret, quenched and drawn for rope, brush and net makers.

- PP concrete reinforcement fibre (cut micro/macro) Made in our plants
Polypropylene fibre cut to short lengths and mixed into concrete, mortar and plaster to control cracking. Micro fibres are fine monofilaments that limit plastic-shrinkage cracking while the mix sets; macro fibres are coarser fibrillated or tape fibres that add toughness once the concrete has cracked. Supplied in bags, including bags that dissolve in the mixer, for ready-mix concrete, shotcrete and screed, and mortar and plaster.

Multi-hole spun, fully drawn polypropylene filament yarn supplied on bobbins to webbing, sewing-thread and technical-textile weavers.

Woven cloth extrusion-laminated to a rotogravure-printed BOPP film, giving the converter a finished, photo-quality printed roll ready to cut and sew.

Woven cloth curtain-coated with molten LDPE or PP on one or both faces to make it moisture-proof and heat-sealable.
