Three plants in the Cangnan cluster, named and open to audit.
We are the commercial entity of a group of packaging plants. We are not the factory — we hold the contract, the quality standard and the recourse, and every plant behind that is named below, with the processes it runs.
The plants
Each plant with the processes it runs, in its own terms. The process-by-process split across the group — including what no plant here evidences — is on capabilities. A plant appears with its own page once we hold evidenced processes for it and at least one attested figure or certificate.
Certificates sit beside the plant that holds them. We never present one plant's certificate as the group's — under IAF MD 1:2023 no certification body can issue a group-level certificate to companies that merely share ownership. The full register →
Check us before you talk to us
Buyers verifying a Chinese supplier run a known list. Here are our answers before you ask.
- Published address
- An industrial premises, not an office unit. This is the check that catches a trading company presenting as a manufacturer, and it takes one search.
- Entity on the invoice
- Yixin Industrial Ltd. No. 439 Taibei Road, Lingxi Town, Cangnan County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China
- Entity on the certificates
- Not the same company. Certificates are held by the plant that earned them. See which plant holds what.
- Credit code, VAT status, headcount
- Not yet published for the contracting entity. The code will go here so you can resolve it yourself; VAT matters because only a general taxpayer can issue the 13% special invoice an export refund depends on; on headcount we hold no figure we can source and date. Qisheng's code is already on its plant page.
What this page does not claim
This page is who you contract with and which plants stand behind it. Three things it deliberately sends elsewhere, so that each is stated once and stays current: which plant runs which process, including the 3 on that list no plant here evidences · the products we cannot fully evidence yet, and the processes that block them, which reach wider than the list above · every certificate, with its edition, scope and expiry.
What the name means
IX is Ink & Extrusion — the two ends of the line. Extrusion at the start, ink at the finish. In Chinese, 墨织 reaches the same meaning in two characters. Said aloud: Eye-Ex Packaging.
We named the print end deliberately. Plain woven fabric is a commodity and Shandong makes it cheaper than we do; we will tell you so on a quote. What this cluster is good at is the seam between weaving and printing.
