Semi-finished — film & polymer
Film, non-woven roll goods, masterbatch and polymer inputs. Bought by converters, and by manufacturers who run their own bag lines and need the material rather than the product. The same caution applies as to any roll good: fabric weight and structure are the specification, and both are easy to shade down invisibly.
14 products across 5 subfamilies. 8 have every process they need evidenced across our plants; the rest are marked Enquire rather than claimed.
Made in our plants every process this product needs is evidenced across our plants. Enquire we have not evidenced every process it needs — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we make it, source it, or decline. See honest limits.

BOPP printed film for lamination Enquire
Reverse-gravure printed BOPP film bought on the roll and extrusion- or adhesive-laminated onto woven PP fabric to give a full-colour, waterproof sack face.

-
Plain BOPP film (clear / matte / pearlised) Made in our plants
Unprinted biaxially-oriented PP film used as a gloss, matte or pearlised laminating skin, or as the substrate a converter prints in-house.
Processes extrusion
-
CPP cast film Made in our plants
Unoriented cast polypropylene film used where a heat-sealable or metallised inner layer is needed instead of a stiff BOPP skin.
Processes extrusion
-
PE liner / tubular inner film Made in our plants
Blown LDPE/LLDPE film supplied as tube, sheet or pre-made liner bag and inserted inside woven sacks and FIBCs for moisture and leak protection.
Processes extrusion
Supplied as fabric, yarn or component into bulk-bag manufacture. We do not make finished bulk bags.

-
PP spunbond non-woven roll — bag grade Enquire
Heavier spunbond PP roll goods bought by GSM as the base fabric for cut-and-sew reusable shopping and promotional bags.
Processes spunbond-nonwoven · extrusion
-
PP spunbond non-woven roll — light grade Enquire
Low-GSM spunbond roll goods for hygiene topsheet/backsheet, agricultural cover and interlining rather than structural bag making.
Processes spunbond-nonwoven · extrusion
-
SMS / SMMS composite non-woven roll Enquire
Spunbond–meltblown–spunbond laminate roll goods that add barrier and liquid repellency to a spunbond feel.
Processes spunbond-nonwoven · extrusion
-
Needle-punch non-woven roll / short-fibre geotextile Enquire
Mechanically entangled staple-fibre PP or PET roll goods offering thickness, drainage and puncture resistance rather than a printable surface.
Processes spinning · extrusion
Polymer inputs 1
-
Virgin PP raffia-grade granule Made in our plants
Homopolymer polypropylene resin in the narrow melt-flow window that tape-extrusion lines need to draw stable, high-tenacity raffia tape.
Typical MFR 2.5–4.0 g/10 min (230 °C/2.16 kg); tensile yield ~33 MPa; grades T30S / S1003 / Z30S; GB/T 12670; 25 kg bag or 1.0–1.1 t jumbo
Processes tape-extrusion · extrusion
Supplied as fabric, yarn or component into bulk-bag manufacture. We do not make finished bulk bags.
Recycled & scrap 2
-
Recycled PP granule / regrind Made in our plants
Washed and re-pelletised post-industrial or post-consumer PP, plus unpelletised crushed flake, blended into tape or moulding to cut resin cost.
Processes extrusion · tape-extrusion
-
Baled offcuts & production scrap Enquire
Selvedge, trim, reject fabric and non-woven offcuts baled by colour and sold by the tonne back into the recycling chain or into an in-house regrind loop.
Masterbatch 3
-
CaCO3 filler masterbatch Made in our plants
Highly loaded calcium carbonate concentrate in a PP carrier dosed into tape, film and moulding to reduce resin consumption and stiffen the product.
Processes extrusion
-
Colour masterbatch Made in our plants
Pigment concentrate in a PP or PE carrier used to colour tape, non-woven and film to a customer's brand shade in-line.
Processes extrusion
-
UV / anti-static / flame-retardant additive masterbatch Made in our plants
Functional concentrates dosed at the extruder to give outdoor life, static dissipation or flame retardancy without changing the base resin.
Typical UV (HALS) 1–3% for 1–3 years outdoor exposure; anti-static surface resistivity 10^9–10^11 Ω; FR to UL94 V-0 or GB 8624 B1; PP carrier, 25 kg bag
Processes extrusion
