Who makes what

Each plant runs part of the chain. One draws polypropylene into tape and weaves it into fabric. One prints, laminates and converts that fabric into a bag. One runs both ends, which is what lets us qualify the same specification at a second site. A fourth weaves and converts woven bags too, and does the same back-end work on film: it prints and laminates film and converts it into pouches.

Price a bag yourself

Woven sacks are priced by the weight of polypropylene in them. Put in the size and the fabric weight, and our calculators give you a cost floor — useful for budgeting, and for checking any quote, ours included.

Certificates, plant by plant

A certificate belongs to the plant that holds it, so we list each plant’s separately — number, scope and expiry date, for you to check with the issuer. Where a detail isn’t published or a certificate has lapsed, the list says so.

One contract

One contract, one commercial invoice, one Incoterm and one bank account, even when your order runs through more than one plant. No separate audit, vendor record and payment setup for every factory.

One quality standard

The same sampling plan and AQL whichever plant makes your order. You don’t renegotiate quality plant by plant, or find out the hard way that two plants read your specification differently.

A second plant, if you need one

One of our plants runs both ends of the chain, so a specification can be qualified at a second site. Where you need backup capacity, we agree it with you product by product — and qualify it before you rely on it.

Spec settled first

Most packaging problems start at the specification, not the machine. We settle the print method, the zipper size and the colour count with you before anything reaches a factory floor.
