Packaging from plants
we name.
One commercial front door to a group of packaging plants in the Cangnan / Pingyang / Longgang cluster. We hold the contract, the quality standard and the recourse — and we publish which plant runs which process, what each is certified for, and what we cannot do.
90 of 247. That second number is the one worth reading. The rest of the catalogue is marked Enquire because we have not put evidence behind it yet — we would rather show you the gap than claim the range. See what we cannot do.
Two ends of one line
Our plants are stages of a chain more than competing suppliers. One draws polypropylene into tape and weaves it into fabric. One prints, laminates and converts that fabric into a bag. One runs both ends, which is what lets us qualify the same specification at a second site.
Check our arithmetic
Woven sacks are priced by the weight of polypropylene in them. Know the dimensions and the fabric weight and you know roughly what a bag must cost — and can tell a real quote from a padded one. We publish the formulas rather than a price range you cannot verify.
Certificates, with their gaps
Certificates name the company that holds them, so we publish them per plant. Where we do not hold the number, the scope and the expiry, we say the details are not published rather than post an image and hope you do not check.
We print the bag
we wove.
Tape extrusion and circular weaving at one plant, six gravure and three flexo presses at another — under one contract, with one quality standard.
Why not just contact a factory directly?
You can — ours are named on this site. The front office exists for what dealing with several plants costs you when you carry it yourself.
One counterparty
One contract, one commercial invoice, one Incoterm, one bank account, across work that runs through more than one plant. Six supplier relationships is six audits, six vendor records and six banking sets — carried by your team, not ours.
One quality standard
The same sampling plan and AQL wherever the work runs. You are not renegotiating quality per plant, and not the one discovering that two plants read the same specification differently.
A second qualified plant
One of our plants runs both ends of the chain, so the same specification can be qualified at a second site. If a line goes down, the work moves without you renegotiating anything.
The specification, first
Most of what goes wrong in this industry goes wrong at the specification, not the machine. We resolve the print method, the zipper dimension, the colour count before they reach a floor.
