A woven sack with a printed film bonded to it, so the pack carries retail-grade graphics and a moisture barrier at the same time. Bought by anyone whose bag has to sell the product inside it — rice, pet food, seed, fertiliser, flour. This is the family our cluster is genuinely strongest in, because it needs weaving and printing in the same place, and those two trades sit side by side here. Colour count drives the tooling cost more than quantity does.

The flagship consumer application of this family. A full spec package rather than a bag type: laminated woven body + EZ-open + reclose zipper + handle + often a window, engineered for kibble's abrasion and fat content.
Typical Capacity 1.5-25kg (5, 10, 15, 20kg the volume sizes). Microfibre PP fabric 70-120 gsm, 1200-1500 denier tape, 80-100μm filaments, 14×14 tapes/inch, pore size 0.08-0.12mm². BOPP 18μm laminated. Tensile up to 1500 N/5cm, seam 1800 N/5cm, burst ~45 psi at 15kg, Taber abrasion ~8000 cycles, elongation ~25%, cold-crack to -25°C (ASTM D746). WVTR ~1.2 g/m²/24h laminated. Stitch spacing ~1.3mm. Grease-resistant inner or coating for high-fat formulas.

Sugar's spec is dominated by food-contact compliance and moisture control — a PE liner inside a laminated woven sack is the standard global construction from refinery 50kg down to retail 1kg.
Typical Capacity 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 50, 100kg. Grade A fabric for 50kg (rated 50kg), grade B 40kg, grade C 25kg. Mesh 10×10 or 12×12/inch, fabric 80-120 gsm, BOPP 18-25μm.
