IX Packaging Ink & Extrusion

Liner insertion 内衬

A separate inner bag is inserted for barrier or contamination control.

Back end 后道 Required by 23 of the 247 products we catalogue.

What actually happens

A liner lets a cheap outer bag carry a demanding inner requirement — food contact, moisture barrier, or keeping product off the woven surface.

What to specify

Say whether the liner must be food-contact grade and whether it should be loose or tack-welded.

How it goes wrong, and what catches it

The failure mode. Liner tearing during filling, or the wrong grade used where food contact was assumed.

The control. Liner material and grade confirmed in writing before production.

We publish which of our plants runs this process — see the capability matrix. We do not publish which plant runs a given order.
