What actually happens

This is where a roll of fabric becomes a specific bag, and where most bespoke requirements actually live: bottom construction, mouth finish, gussets, handles, closures.

What to specify

Specify filled dimensions and fill weight, not just flat dimensions. A bag is sized by what goes in it.

How it goes wrong, and what catches it

The failure mode. Seam failure under load; bags that measure correctly flat but do not hold the stated fill.

The control. Dimensions checked to ±3% and stitch density verified on a sampled lot.

We publish which of our plants runs this process — see the capability matrix. We do not publish which plant runs a given order.
