What actually happens

Reverse printing puts the ink between the film and the fabric. The finished bag can be scuffed, dragged and stacked without the graphics wearing off — and a print defect is caught on a film roll we can reject before it is ever bonded to a bag.

What to specify

Supply artwork with the colour count fixed. Colour count drives tooling cost more than quantity does.

How it goes wrong, and what catches it

The failure mode. A print defect discovered after lamination is a scrapped bag, not a scrapped film roll.

The control. Film inspected as a roll before lamination — the reason this construction is inherently lower-risk than printing a finished bag.
