If you would rather send a full specification

Institutional and tender buyers usually want to state everything up front. These are the questions we would ask anyway — answering them removes a round trip, and where you do not know an answer, saying so is genuinely useful.

QuestionWhy we ask
What goes in the bag, and what does it weigh filled?Fill weight sizes the bag and sets the fabric weight. A bag is specified by its contents, not its flat dimensions.
Powder, granule or solid?Fine powders decide whether a sewn seam is acceptable at all, or whether you need a heat seal or a liner.
Print: how many colours, and do you have artwork?Colour count drives tooling cost more than quantity does, and decides which press the job runs on.
Any certification your buyer requires?Food contact, recycled content and social audit requirements change who can make it — sometimes to nobody we have. Better to know now.
Incoterm, and destination.Where risk transfers changes the number materially. We can quote FOB, and usually prefer CIF or DAP.
Target date, and one-off or programme?Repeating programmes justify tooling that a single run does not.
Have you bought this before, and what went wrong? The most useful question on this list. It tells us what to protect you from.

Before you pay anyone. Our bank details never change by email, and the account name always matches the contracting entity on your contract exactly. Details appear only on a signed proforma invoice. If you receive a message changing payment details — from any address, however plausible — stop and confirm by voice on a published number.
