Why we do not publish a price or a fixed MOQ here. This is priced by material and by run length rather than per piece, and both move with the resin index. A minimum order is set by the economics of a single production run, not by a policy. We state it against your actual specification rather than as a number that rots.
What it is
A matched pair of films for thermoform-fill-seal (TFFS) machines: a thick formable bottom web that is heated and drawn into a cavity, plus a thinner top web that seals over it. A distinct roll-stock product because the bottom web must have controlled draw ratio and thickness distribution, not just barrier.
Variants
- Rigid bottom web (PET/PE) — self-supporting tray
- Flexible bottom web (PA/PE) — vacuum skin base
- Vacuum skin packaging (VSP) top web — drapes over product
- Modified-atmosphere (MAP) grade with tight OTR
- Peelable vs weld-seal top web
- Anti-fog top web
- Shrink-on-form bottom web
- Easy-open re-closable top web
Typically used for
Sliced meat, bacon, ham, salami · Cheese slices and blocks · Fresh fish and seafood on VSP · MAP fresh poultry and red meat · Chilled ready meals · Medical device trays (sterile) · Sushi and deli
