Why we do not publish a price or a fixed MOQ here. This is priced by the weight of polymer in the product and the tooling any print design needs — both of which move. A minimum order is set by one production run and one plate set, not by a policy. We state it against your actual specification rather than as a number that rots. The calculators let you check whatever we quote.
What it is
UV-stabilised woven sack with a sewn-in tie string, sized so a filled bag can be carried and stacked by hand into a barrier. A commodity with unusually explicit performance specs because governments buy it.
Variants
- with sewn-in tie string vs without
- green / white / black / orange (black and green for UV and low visual impact)
- monofilament vs tape weave
- pre-filled sandbags
- earthbag / geocell construction grade
- burlap-look PP for heritage sites
- self-inflating water-absorbing version (different family)
Typically used for
flood and hurricane defence · erosion control and check dams · construction ballast and counterweights · earthbag building · film/TV and shooting-range ballast
