Why we do not publish a price or a fixed MOQ here. This is priced by material and by run length rather than per piece, and both move with the resin index. A minimum order is set by the economics of a single production run, not by a policy. We state it against your actual specification rather than as a number that rots.
What it is
The simplest film pack: a tube with one lengthwise back seal and a seal across each end, with no gussets. The back seal is either a fin seal, which is stronger, or a lap seal, which is flatter and uses less film; the pack is supplied as pre-made bags or, more often, as printed roll stock that the customer's vertical form-fill-seal machine forms, fills and seals. Used for instant noodles, biscuits and crackers, confectionery, chocolate bars and puffed snacks, sugar, salt and seasoning packs, single-dose detergent, bread, and small seed and fertiliser trial packs.
Variants
- Fin seal (背封, stronger)
- Lap seal (搭接封, flatter and less film)
- With euro hole
- With tear notch or laser score
- Modified-atmosphere (nitrogen-flush) grade with tightened seal spec
- Bottom-gusset pillow (中封底插袋)
Typically used for
Instant noodles, biscuits, crackers · Candy, chocolate bars, puffed snacks · Sugar, salt, seasoning packs · Detergent powder single-doses · Bread, tortillas, buns · Small seed and fertiliser trial packs
