A minimum order is set by one production run and one plate set, not by a policy. We state it against your actual specification rather than as a number that rots. What it is

Kraft paper laminated to the woven fabric via a PE tie layer. 二合一 is fabric + film; 三合一 is kraft paper + film + fabric. Gives the printability, stiffness and pallet friction of a paper sack with the tear strength of woven PP.
