Why we do not publish a price or a fixed MOQ here. This is priced by material and by run length rather than per piece, and both move with the resin index. A minimum order is set by the economics of a single production run, not by a policy. We state it against your actual specification rather than as a number that rots.
What it is
A foil or metallised laminate with a controlled surface resistivity, built for electronics: it blocks moisture (MBB) and, in the shielding grade, forms a Faraday cage around the contents. Sold with desiccant sachets and a humidity indicator card as a system.
Variants
- Static-shielding bag (silver, metallised)
- Static-dissipative pink poly bag (粉红防静电袋, PE + antistat)
- Moisture-barrier bag (MBB, foil)
- Conductive black bag (carbon-loaded)
- Zip-top ESD bag
- Open-top / heat-seal ESD bag
- With ESD symbol and caution print
Typically used for
PCBs, semiconductors, ICs, LED wafers · Moisture-sensitive devices (MSL 2-5a) per J-STD-033 · Hard drives, memory modules, connectors · Photovoltaic cell and module shipping · Automotive electronics modules
